Hi, I am trying to set up a new feature with a bunch of pcs using the ip agent Version 3.0.04.03 but when i try to log i received this message
IP Agent V3 stations are not allowed to log into the server. Contact the system administrator for more information

trying to road warrior my c-lan ip-address
we do have medpro
already check the phone setting and it is enable for ip_softphone
i have licencies for ip_softphone
dont know what else i need

Do a 'display capapcity' and go to page 11. Make sure you have the right licensing for your version of IP Agent. It should look something like:

ID Rel Regist. Avail. Limit
IP_Agent 3: 0 8 8
