Installed a new analog module for an avaya ip 406. The system is a 3.2 and the analog is a 6.2. I'm trying to select the unit but I cannot select anything. Help!

That's because the module is already on the right level, it always shows as two higher for expansion modules and the Manager programme :)

When I did sums

3.2 + 2.0 = 5.2

Take Care

Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Already spotted that clever pants :)

There is no software available to upgrade. That's why I can't upgrade.

Do you have the working directory set to the Manager folder?

Me smells a rookie.

C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Manager normally there :)
