So I have an Avaya Interchange system that has a disk full message. I am told that files need to be cleaned up and or removed in order to correct that. Yes, well that kind of goes without saying now doesn't it. So I have limited experience with this particular system. The question is how do I access the disk to clean it up and once there what files can be safely removed in order to regain the space needed. This system never changes and there have been not additions or deletions to in in the past 9 years. Any insight would be appreciated.
