AVAYA Index Woc questions

I know some of you work on Index, can any one tell me what you need to order if you have a site with one Woc and you want to add 1 more to give a total of 2.

Do you add another single Woc license or a 2 Woc licence?

Will the Index Support Two serial Wocs connections or do we have to goto Noc

Just order a additional WOC license for your CPU serial number. Avaya or your vendor can see there is one active and you will get a new license for two Woc's.
If you use the "old" Woc 3.1 software then both Woc's can connect to a seperate serial port, dont forget to link a extension to the serial port.
Noc Pro gives some more functionality, but if your customer is happy with the old Woc i wouldn't upgrade.

I thought the woc licence on the index came in pairs as standard so you should already have 2, check on the system under switch licences to see how many you have …

No, the license is per seat. But after the entered license you can see howmany Wocs you can connect.
