Avaya Index Incoming CLI Ques

Hi

I realise this is an IP Office forum but know a few engineers on here come from
an Index background.

I have a customer who wants to have incoming CLI showing on their DT 3 handsets.
Its ISDN 30 lines they have on an Index phone system and incoming CLI shows ok
when its a DDI number that's called.

When a number is called that's associated with a pilot no/ hunt gp etc its not passing
through the outside callers ID. Just wondered if this was ever possible on the Index sys.
