Hello all,
I'm currently facing an issue with our DECT system using an IPBS 3 antenna, where calls exhibit unpredictable audio behavior.
Some calls have no sound, while others experience delayed audio, typically resolving after about ten seconds.
The inconsistency is making it challenging to identify the root cause.
These problems specifically affect calls made from DECT devices to internal extensions (both DECT and landline) and external numbers.
I've attempted troubleshooting but haven't found a conclusive solution.
While examining the system logs from the IPBS 3 antenna, I've come across terms like "SMSRL" and various "TCP-*" entries, but their significance eludes me.
If anyone has experience with DECT systems or can provide insights into these protocols, especially in the context of the IPBS 3 antenna, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
Thank you for your expertise and support.
