Hi everyone,
We have an application that interfaces with Avaya AES and acts as an adjunct CTI link through the vector script command "adjunct routing". We have now been tasked to migrate this application to another facility with Avaya ICR is being used and what we have been told, there are no vectors being used for call queueing treatment.
This is my first time with Avaya ICR application and it will be very helpful to know how such adjunct CTI link can be achieved in Avaya ICR.
