Avaya ICR skill error

Hello All,

I have an ICR lab and below are versions:
ICR : 7.0.1
EPM : 7.0.2

I am using CMS as datasource for BSR and for that i have configured rt_sockets for both agent and skill feeds.

I have checked reports and they are giving correct agent and skill stats, also i can see both feeds are connected to icr.

However i am getting below error while trying to run an application where i am using getdestination function to get best destination:
2019-04-17 15:54:26,328|ERROR|com.avaya.icr.core.ssi.module.cms.routing.CMSSkillSelectionModule|http-20443-2|[CCXML-Session-ID: AAEP-01-2019107195412-16] -- Either the cache is empty or all destinations contains stale skill records for skillid = [ 1000 ]. Ignoring route request.

Can you let me know where i can see the information stored in the cache? is there any other possible solution that you guys can suggest?
