Avaya has asked me to downgrade the firmware on my MM716 boards to FW 88. I have a G450 on CM 5.1 and cannot find any documentation on how to do this. Any ideas on where to get instructions on how to do downgrade/upgrade firmware?

Same way you do an upgrade. Just choose the firmware file you want. Up/Down it doesn't matter.
