hey guys,
U guys give sum amazing suggestions and solutions that has helped me to resolve a lot of issues for my clients.

I have an issue with setting up interbranch connectivity for 3 of my sites
The sites are interconnected via vpn . The control units can ping the gateways and each other as well

I am using IP office manager version 7.0(26)
Licenses :
Advanced SCN : Instances 255 status obselete
IPoffice voice networking channels : Instances 4 status valid

Site-1 router IP : 192.168.1.1
Site-2 router IP : 192.168.0.1
Site-3 router IP : 192.168.2.1

This is what i have done to set it up :
Created an IP route between the site-1 and site-2 as follows :
IP address 192.168.0.0
IP mask 255.255.255.0
Gateway IP 192.169.1.1
Destination LAN1
Metric 0

Created an H323 line between site-1 and site-2
VOIP Line settings:
Line number : 17
telephone number : Site1-Site2
TEI : 0 ( i hve no idea what this is :))
Incoming group ID : 94
Outgoing group ID : 94
NUmber of channels :5
Outgoing channels : 5
voice channels : 5

VOIP Settings:
gateway IP : 192.168.0.0
compression mode : G.729
supplementary services : H450
checked : Allow direct media path
out of band DMF

The error in the SSO on line 17 is as follows :
No response to IP trunk call request
IP trunk line number : 17
remote end address :192.168.0.200

Do u think the error is due to the obselete SCN licenses.
Please suggest your solutions and recommendations

No

This is wrong
P address 192.168.0.0
IP mask 255.255.255.0
Gateway IP 192.169.1.1
Destination LAN1

Your gateway and IP address need to be on the same network range - they are not (even allowing for the typo of 169).

VOIP Settings:
gateway IP : 192.168.0.0

This is alos wrong - the gateway ip needs to be a host address (i.e. the address of the remote IPO). Currently it is a network address

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Srry my bad
VOIP Setings were :
Gateway : 192.168.0.1 (i.e, the destination Gateway address)

The site-1
Gateway IP : 192.168.1.1
control unit IP address : 192.168.1.55

Site-2:
Gateway IP : 192.168.0.1
control unit Ip address : 192.168.0.55

the SCN is LAN-WAN -routing via vpn so i believe the routing table should be as follows :
IP address 192.168.0.0 -----> the destination network address (site-2 network address)
IP mask 255.255.255.0
Gateway IP 192.168.1.1 ------> the source gateway IP
Destination LAN1

Correct me if i am wrong

>Correct me if i am wrong

You are wrong.

Your routing gateway (next hop) cannot be on a different network.

Sort out your IP routing first.

The names are confusing - the gateway referred to in the IP routing setup is not the same as the gateway in the VOIP line setup.

Just make your route a "default route" then add specific ones when needed.

so,

looks like IP 0.0.0.0 / Mask 0.0.0.0 / GW 192.168.x.x

The gateway mentioned in the H.323 SCN line is the IPO on the other end.
USe HSM's iproute and you are done.
But to be honest this is basic IPO stuff.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
