I have a question on how bad the AVAYA grey market is in the USA? Is there a lot of it?

Well, im guessing so. I just heard that as of Nov 1 Avaya will require 2 cert sales and 2 cert installers for each business partner that wants to sell IPO.

Dear all its worst than that, as of nov....they are titening teh screws on your "electricain" down the road selling IPO and then not knowing what they are doing!
