That doesn't make sense. You have an internal user calling another internal user on the external number?

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

"Trying is the first step to failure..." - Homer

Internal user 011 848 9221 is used for testing purposes only and its authorized to use the FNE Service,

I have found the problem, On version 9.1.8 you need to set the Incoming call route destination to the short code, previously i had a user which had a forward unconditional to the short code, for some reason this worked

The correct way to do it has always been to have the FNE short code in ICR.
Never tried the other way.

"Trying is the first step to failure..." - Homer

Still having problems though i want to try a few things i will advise

You need to describe the call scenario you're trying to accomplish

"Trying is the first step to failure..." - Homer

i can confirm that it works when you point the destination to the short code rather pointing it to the user then forwarding it unconditional to the short code, it worked well like this on version 9.1.3 but not on 9.1.8.
