Avaya Flare loses connection to one-X server

Hi,

We're having real trouble with a Flare issue.

When people login to Flare after certain amount of time, around 5 mins they get the error: Connectivity to one-X Portal sever has been lost Personal Contacts, Presence and IM are unavailable.

If they login again then the presence info etc. all works again.

One of our engineers noticed that the error seems to happen simultaneously to all users.

Anyone have any ideas on what the issue might be?
