Avaya Flare Lite licenses exceeds licensed instances 2

For the life of me I cannot find where to drop the number of flare lite licensed users. I have gone into the license tree and verified I'm not over on Power or Office user. No user has the Enable Flare box checked either. What am I missing?

Ended up exporting the config, doing a CTRL F on Flare, found the user set to use Flare and removed it.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
