Avaya Flare Device NOT as app in R8.1

hi everyone
I cant find info about the Avaya Flare as device in IPO R8.1
surprisingly, I have a customer that wants 2 devices.
I offered him as app in his ipad, he insisted in the device.
Does anyone knows if is supported in IPO?
cant find manuals, Marketing tools shows only as app in win and ipad
thnks in advance
