Avaya extension doesnt go to engaged

We have set up an extension with a ddi and when this user is on the phone and a second call come in we would like the telephone number to be engaged, currently it rings through as a second call coming in. How can we amend the system to do this? Is it as simple as moving the two other lines from the feature keys or more complicated?

Also I have no remote access to this system so if there is anyway this could be done through star keys that would also be beneficial.

No way to do it that way.
You need to remove the 3rd call appearance and tick reserve last CA.

Ok please can you remind me where it is you can reserve last CA key?
