Anyone able to access the multimedia patches (all Call Pilot patches) or the BCM patches on Avaya ESPL, site is telling me "Not Available" for these 2 entries.

You have to contact Avaya to get them to enable access for you. I had the same problem. I've complained to them last week as I'm unhappy with the migration onto Avaya.

Life was so much easier on the Nortel site, At least you could find your tech docs, tools, patches and other useful information in the same area.

Are other people happy with the changes?.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

So who should I call to get access to Call Pilot patches and where should I look for them? On the Nortel site I could get to them through my normal end-user access. Now are you saying to get the latest SUs I have to go through the ESPL; can I do this as an end-user?

I don't want to have to go through my provider every time a new security SU is issued for Call Pilot.

you need to register your cert number from the patching class to reset patch access. It's what our rep told us to do. once done we were back in business.

I was able to access after I called the Avaya IT helpdesk and they granted access, what a pain!

FYI, if you're looking for callpilot in the Avaya Product Support list, look under the 'A's for Avaya Call Pilot, it's not under 'C', that took FOREVER to find, ugh.

Avaya peoples life was in pain and now Nortel peoples also getting this pain due to Avaya Website partners access policies, there licenses policies etc....

Pronei, I had the same issue. I just clicked the " Contact Avaya ESPL Support" link on the ESPL site and sent them an email requesting access. A couple of hours later it had beed fixed.
