Hello ,

i have an AVAYA ERS 3524 v5.1.0.006 , suddenly yesterday become not reachable when i try to ping it , also , the internet connection throught it become very slow , and the IP phones sometimes shutdown and reboot , is there anyone have an idea? i'm not very experienced on AVAYA ERS or switching

Losing access to the management address of the 3500's was a software bug in the early releases of code. Upgrading that switch to 5.1.2 or higher would resolve that issue. Rebooting the switch will resolve the issue for a period of time.
