Hi there.

I have a site with NICE perform R2. The interactions server (CLS) is connecting to a T server using AES. Rather than monitoring all of the agents Skill sets, we created a Voice Recording Skill that has been assigned to all of the agents. I have added the Hunt group extension associated with this skill to the Tserver but the Driver on the CLS returns this error when we try to monitor the device.

LucentStream::monitor_device - Failed to get confirmation
(CSTA_MONITOR_CONF) on monitor device (cstaMonitorDevice) request.
Event
class 5 and event type 53 were received. InvokeID = 81. Device ID
84841

Has anyone ever came accross this before?

sounds like a licensing issue, check with avaya to ensure you have licenses to monitor
