Is there any solution to customize buttons for call appearance in Avaya equinox for windows

Not really. Unlike One-X comm and desk sets, you don't place keys. You instead use the UI of the Client that happens to leverage the key programming, but you're not going to have a key block of 2 columns of 4 keys and configure them however you like.

Setting up send all calls or call forwarding would be the same regardless of what keys you set up for it.
