Avaya Equinox R11 Connection to phone server 1

Hello Guru's!
I have Avaya Equinox running and when connected externally (outside office) I get Connection to phone server lost and restored going back and forth. Any suggestions? i have the FQDN domain set in IP office. and resolvable externally with a static IP. When i type

http://server.domain/46xxsettings.txt

I get HTTP Server Allows Avaya clients only so it is reaching it.

any thoughts why i keep getting connection to phone server lost and restored back and forth?

Any clues in sysmon?
Are you running an ASBCE?

Are you running the old Video Softphone? If not, go to System > System > Avaya HTTP Clients only - and uncheck. You only need this for the old softphone as it used HTTP provisioning.
