Hey everyone, this question might sound pretty vague, but I'll give it a shot. For what it's worth, a former coworker called me because their new company switched their Operators over to Equinox.
Long story short, can Equinox be configured so that a person can answer multiple lines, not just the extension that was assigned to them?
Surely you can set up bridged extensions, hunt groups, or anything else without having to program VDNs and vectors.
Am I totally coming out of left field? Again, I apologize for the vagueness, I'm trying to wrap my head around why their local IT says it can't be done (I'm guessing it's equal parts that they don't want to/know how to configure, or they didn't buy proper licensing).
