Avaya EMMC?

Hi Everyone,

we had a Avaya S8500B EMMC server connected to a clan this was working last week, when i made a testcall it give me a busy tone but the signaling and SIP trunk are in service. for the trace i see 1191 error it said network failure. any ideas y this happening?

do a "list trace station xxxx" where xxxx = the extension that is making the test call.

This might point you in the right direction.

i've tested five extension today with same result 1191 network failure is indicated on the trace.

Are you using G711 in the codec setting

yes i am G.711A exactly. do i need a separate SES server for the SIP trunk?
