Hi everyone,
when i enable ec500 in my extension. some one from mobile through reaching my extension. That extension forward that number to my mobile. But it won't showing the actual customer cli. It showing our PRI pilot number.
How to configure to change the CLI.
Please any one help me with this.

You've posted this same question in the CM/Aura forum also. Start by finding out what phone system you're on.
