AVAYA E1 connect problem

My company use TN2464CP E1 to connect with yealink PBX but user report that sometimes calls are disconnected as soon as they pick up the call

MY Incoming line process

user call Representative number-trunk11-auto attendtant-press button 1or2-trunk41(E1)-send to the yealink pbx

I tried to change board But it's no use
