How does a Crystal report display more DN Out calls than the actual data from the server shows? I am new to working with the back side of the Avaya Aura data so when I pulled the DNOutCalls for a single day and the number of all by agent was vastly smaller than the Avaya CCMS crystal report I was stumped. does anyone have some insights on how the Crystal report could be so different? Thank you!
