Avaya DMCC Recording on NP 3.1

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience is configuring multiple DMCC Loggers on NICE Perform R 3.1?

If so, can you confirm if you require a separate CTI interface for each or can you simply add an additional Connection Manager and Observer Host?

I ask because I have two configured, working and recording but I have used a single CTI interface and attached two separate Connection Managers.

I have 2 Loggers and 2 DMCC links for each logger .
Each logger has own CTI services for observation VEs.

But it seems that it could be fine 1 DMCC links that includes enough VE for both Loggers.

Agree with Tnice

I am using also 2 DMCC loggers and 2 Passive loggers on the same system.

we started using only one TSAPI interface, and worked oK, but later opted for using two to have better organization / segmentation of recording rules.

the weird thing is that we got to create two switches also, while in the reality theres only one PBX.

its working OK now.

on purpose, we are on AES 5.2 HA
