I have an Avaya Definity G3 V.9, I would like to know if anyone can help us understand whether you can make a treatment in the state of messaging put on hold (HOLD) and in the state of STEP TWO TRANSFER (CONSULT ON) for differentiated group.
Example:
HUNT GROUP1 ---> On Hold or TWO STEP TRANSFER Play annuncement 5000
HUNT GROUP2 ---> ON Hold or TWO STEP TRANSFER Play annuncemnto 5001
I am not in possession of IVR, I only available to the card Annucement Avaya, let me know if you can find hardware necessary to make this implementation.
