Avaya Diagnostic Server (ADS) 4.0

Hi Sirs:
Please, could you share your experience using this ADS tool?
Very few information in Avaya portal and none video updated in Youtube.
A customer wants to monitor their Avaya J100 Phones and G450 gateways in order to receive an email from ADS (or whatever) alerting this kind of events.
Is it possible to do this with ADS? are there some reports to export from ADS?
Any answer or advice it will be very welcomed.

The SLAMon portion of the Avaya Diagnostic Server is an excellent tool for monitoring endpoints and QoS in general.
