Hey everyone,

With all of the suggestions we have been asking about on here, Avaya does have a suggestion web page. Does anyone know if they take the suggestions seriously?

I know my suggestions and problems have been rather trivial as I haven't received further feedback on here, but I assume for some of the more important issues, Avaya would like to hear back about them.

I know it's weird, Jon's comments are gone and so are mine about the features I suggested adding to the phones. Did I write something wrong? I am new at writing things on Tek Tips.

Do you have any idea of they have plan of upgrading the ring tones to include the all 8 from the CS1000? I know its a small thing, but I think it would really make the product even more marketable.

I don't think so, but you can check the Nortel website. All the Rls 6 docs are on there now.
