Avaya Desktop Wallboard

Has anyone looked at this yet? I take it it replaces CCC's wallboard for?

Anyone got some screens if possible?

If you are talking about CCR then the only mention of wallboard is the web browser CCR wallboard in the following diagram.

CCR does not have a wallboard
It is on the roadmap

I see AFS and AFS means it is for the communication manager
Not everything on the avaya website is for the ipoffice

yeah - i figured this might be the case, it just made mention it replaced CCC wallboard seeing as CCR doesnt make much mention of any wallboard apps. the wall board for CCC is one of its best features!

CCC will probably be replaced by CCR in the feature but for now it is not the same as CCC

If you need a wallboard then you need CCC

as far as i could see, CCC is to be replaced with CCR

I know CCR is a totally different package, but losing the wallboard now or in the future will not be good!

It probably will be replaced in 3 years or so
So it takes a while

AFS is Avaya Financial Services which could be used for all of Avayas PBXs. This product looks like CMS is required so definately not IPO.
