All of the sudden our users are having troubles logging into the Avaya Desktop Wallboard 4.0. For some reason if we change their login ID it works again. I think this is something in the PC security file causing us to have to rename the login ID but I cant get anyone to even look at it.

Has anyone had this problem or have a suggestion?
