Avaya claims that they do not sell Designation Cards anymore. They directed me to desi.com.

The desi.com labels do not appear to integrate with the ASA "Print Button Labels" feature.

Does anyone know where I can get the Designation Cards that integrate with ASA?

I used to just laser print them on plain paper, and cut them up with a paper cutter, you can actually fill in the info in the "labels.txt" file, and have ASA print out very nice labels

Or use DESI's program...

those are your choices.

I think Desi Lite is free. They want to sell labels.
But you could still print on plain paper and cut.

Thank you all for your responses, some very good suggestions here. However, I was really hoping for a link or referral to purchase the Avaya Designation Cards.

I need to be able to print mass quantities and punch them out. Cutting plain paper does not appeal to me, I have well over 750 phones in my organization and 'customer care' agents appear to be in a revolving door employment system and are very abusive to paper labels (along with various other company property) for some reason .

Desi.com labels do not integrate with Avaya Site Administrator which automatically populates the button labels based on the buttons programmed on the phone (cross referenced with a customized label text 'database') - it's a neat feature.

Look at Rosemont Press Inc in New York. That is where we get our labels from.
