AVAYA DEFINITY "AUDIX" TN 568 PROBLEM 1

Hello Distinguish Genius

Looking for guidance in a non responsive Audix Auto Attendant. When called is not responding. Display alarms indicate:

MF_BD. ALARM LEVEL MAJOR. FAULT CODE 200

MO DISK ALARM LEVEL. MIN. FAULT CODE 1
SOFTWARE ALARM LEVEL MIN. FAULT CODE 4100

WHEN i called the audix nunber i get a busy tone.

When I call the 8 ports of the auto attendant they ring.

When i call a menu tree its busy.
I have shut down Audix. Un install and re ibstalled. I restarted it without the Optical Disk and with it and nothing.
It has a ref light steady and a amber yellow light on .

Any advice or sugguestion?
Its a TN 568 Card 200x8
