Avaya Definity Platform Port Pin outs

I have two customers who Avaya's ae on their way out, their current vendor doesnt have anyone anymore who can support their "Avaya Definity Platform" PBX

They think they have the passwords - what is needed to log in to get the pin outs of the amphenol/RJ21 outputs so the system can be replaced but not retoned out...

Understood - but how does one connect to the system? is it serial is there specific software?
