Is there an easy, common sense method to get a listup of all the data programmed into the PBX? Instead of having to submit each and every command, and fill in the sub parameters as needed? i.e. I know I have to enter 'list cover path' to see all the coverage paths, but to see the details of each then I need to disp cover path xxx.

I suppose a backup of the database could be the answer, but 2 questions: 1. is the database backup readable by some other product besides the PBX? i.e. can the backup be looked at via a text editor or a spreadsheet program? 2. How do I GET the backup and how do I send it to my local PC?

Use the report function in ASA. ie command number 1;command number 2; command number 3

utilcall has a 'DocIt' utility you could use.
