Can someone let me know how I get to the programming of the DSS consoles attached to a phone in programming, I seem to be drawing a blank. When I go to the users programming, I only get the first 24 buttons and the 12 soft buttons, but not the DSS console

Command: change attendant x

Its not a attendant console, but a DSS console off someones extension, they are not an operator or anything and when I did the command "ch att console 1-16" neither gets me to it. They are 6424 series phones if that helps.

make sure on page 1 that expansion module is ticked!

Yes it is, but when I scroll through the pages, I am not seeing the sidecar.

make sure you have the correct type and have it installed correctly

you should be using a eu 24 expansion module with a power supply

I was able to get to the keys and I figured it out, Thanks all for your time!
