I have a problem with the acknowledgment of the telephone secretariats, my system is made up of Avaya Definity G3 + Genesys OCS 6.0. A lot often the calls come to me recognized like telephone secretariat, while instead from the other there is human voice. I would want to know like optimizing to the maximum my Definity inasmuch as the OCS allows least optimizations. Massimo thanks
