Confused about not being able to get a DECT phone subscribed. I am running IPO version (10.0.0.1.0 build 53), IPBS2 now running 7.2.22 and using a 3730 phone running 2.14 software. The DECT is configured as Master and reachs the IPDECT Service on the IPO. From the Phone side it is successful, but from the DECT side I see these errors in the log (below) and the occasional "Unable to write to the PBX database."

I have since downgraded the firmware and bootcode to 7.2.22 as apparently the IPO version (10.0.0.1.0 build 53) is not compatible with the DECT 10.4.6. The error in the DECT log are as follows:
17.12.2020-07:45:59 Alarm 0x00190001 Major GW-DECT PROVISION Possible inconsistencies due to data or communications error.
17.12.2020-07:44:26 Alarm 0x00210001 Major UP1 Read update script error

Does anyone have a solution for this? Has anyone experienced this before?
The funny thing is when you subscribe the phone (3730) is says successful then never registers on the DECT as subscribed.

Anyone?

I would start by upgrading your phone system. R10.0 was such a disaster that they released R10.1 as a "free upgrade" which was really just when R10 was finally usable.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Additionally be sure the Subscription has not been disabled in the Dect TAB
