Avaya Customer Call Reporter CCR Custom Report Error

Hi everybody,

I have a customer running CCR 8.1. We're using the asssitant to create a custom report and I can go through the whole process and add the report to the list. I can open the report to add values, but when I try to run the report to show data within a time period, it shows an error. I also tried using Report Builder 3.0 and use Avaya provided report templates, resulting in the same error. However, all reports on the system run without any issues, it's only with custom reports where the system shows such error. No services stop or impact on the application can be detected. Has anyone experienced this error before?
 
Might be helpful to inform what the actual error says.

I applied windows updates and appears to be working. Seems it had to do with the custom report error.

I'll be posting updates and images of the error if it happens again.
