Hi guys ,

customer has both a recent CU360 (serial number 21YT30000486) and it's broken like so:
Overheating end sometimes a reboot is required (the system is not working properly)
I opened a ticket with Avaya support but no response .
We need urgent help!!! About this issue , plase help me
