Dear All,
do somebody have expiriece with integration Avaya CT for Siebel?


CVCT for Siebel Administration version 1.1.1
Avaya CvCT Driver for Siebel - 7
AES 4.2.0.19.4.0
CM 5.0.0.825.4
MS SQL 2005


Something like this was in other thread690-1382064.
Dwalin , how did you fix this error?

In my situation Call service log is:
100808 15:10:30 ERROR: Unable to Update Queuetime record for UCID - 00000000000000000000
100808 15:10:34 ERROR: Unable to Update Queuetime record for UCID - 00000000000000000000

Any suggestions here would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

it was long time ago but i think we got a newer version of the software and that fixed the problem. can't remember where did we get it, though.

So I forgotten to check this option:

change sys fea
Send UCID to ASAI? y

Now it is working fine!
