In my situation Call service log is:
100808 15:10:30 ERROR: Unable to Update Queuetime record for UCID - 00000000000000000000
100808 15:10:34 ERROR: Unable to Update Queuetime record for UCID - 00000000000000000000
Any suggestions here would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
