Udemy have a new year sale on many of their courses for £9.99 and I spotted a few Avaya ones and probably some other telephony courses.

Honestly, Avaya should provide these kind of courses for free.

Microsoft has plenty of free courses you can take before you take an exam for a certification. There's self-paced browser-based free courses or instrustor-led courses that are paid. I think that's a great strategy to get more people to know the products and get certified. Even Mitel is doing it.

yeah..it has always pissed me off that Avaya doesnt offer more free training. In the old days we got all the training we needed because we were selling THEIR product!
