I have a customer running 9.1 with VMPro and Contact Store. I installed the contact store on the windows 10 pro VM pc and it works. I can get to it from a web page on that pc but when i try and connect to it from another pc on the network i get a page not found. I can ping the VM pc from the other pc. what could my issue be?

Firewall?

Firewall on the pc im trying to get the recordings on or the vm pc or the network firewall?

CS is not supported on non-server OS. At 9.1 needs to be Server 2008 32bit, although I've seen it run on 2008R2 64 bit.

If you have an Avaya SSO login, there is a FW bat file you can run on the Windows 10 machine that may well open the required ports for you.

That said, don't bother opening a ticket with Avaya if it doesn't work, you're doing something that isn't supported, plain as day, in the docs.

Further, all future development is being doing on the Contact Recorder platform (CentOS) and other platforms. CS is dead, development wise. Best bet currently would be to run the app server load and use CR.
