Hi, I am having huge problems getting contact store to read file sin form the VRL directory the registry setting is correct. When i put a Wav fiel into the directory cc goes into an inifinte loop of XML files trying to compress the file to CC witht the message
Failed to compress audio file for recording MSG3513431245.wav. Reason Not available

Teh user I logon both services VM pro and CC server has full access to both the VRL directory and also the place where I am copying the files

Anybody seen anything similar
