Just resolved a similar issue to the one that was experienced in the referenced threads (Contact Store stopped processing the messages, so a VRL folder which was local to our VoicemailPro was becoming extremely bloated w/ temp and wav files). The fix was indeed to change the VRLDir registry key, but I and all the forum entries I found were not taking into account the fact that it was a 64-bit machine.

So the actual path to change this was:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
- SOFTWARE
- Wow6432Node
- Network Alchemy
- Voicemail
- Directory
I then changed the value of the VRLDir from a local path that was incorrect to the path of the VRL folder over the network on the VoicemailPro machine (this was a shared folder so I pointed the key to \\[IP_ADDRESS_OF_VOICEMAILPRO]\VLR). Hope this helps others!

Thanks. Have you considered writing up an FAQ?

I'm clear but my fighter is down.

The installation manual is kinda stupid and just says it needs to be visible as a network share and not saying that you need to point it to the share.

@holdmusic34 Yeah, I am considering it! I've been a lurker on here for only a bit, but I'm just starting to post.
@janni78 Not to mention the fact that I could not find a more up to date manual, but maybe this issue lied in my own detective skills.
