Occasionally, I will get an warning email error message similar to the following:
subject:Recorder(811707) Warning
05/19/16 11:33:03 AM Timeout on recording stop on DN 69452 TN 62465
I listen to the latest recording for that agent and I hear it through to completion. I see 1 setting for Maximum recording segment duration (mins), but that current setting is 120 (mins).
The time lengths of the recordings are around 6 to 7 minutes.
Is there another setting to check for length of recording? I don't seem to get it for all. I got 1 email, but when I looked at the agents recordings I had 2 that were both in the 6 minute timeframe. Am I missing something or more importantly is the recording occurring.
