Hi Team

I need help, we have a customer with a crushed application server. We managed to backup the calls on an external hard drive with the aim of uploading the these back after re-installation of IP Office application server. However we are failing to make these work after uploading them them back on the current folder/path where new recordings are being accessed by users. We engaged Avaya who told us that ACR is no longer supported.

My question: Is there a work around to have users access these backed up calls? Is there any third party software we can use to upload these calls and have users search and access their old calls. The new calls after re-installation of Application server are working perfectly. Users can access these and play back with no issues.

ACR stores the recording data in a DB, if that was lost the link to playing them back is also lost.
