I experienced this "Bad HTTP status code (403)" when accessing the URL for our Avaya Contact Recorder. The only solution to that one is to set the date and time of your computer to your local timezone and it fixed the issue. I'm using Internet Explorer when accessing that URL.
Another issue that I was experiencing was this "This website wants to install the following add-on: 'Verint Replay Controls' from 'Verint Systems Inc'. If you trust the website and the add-on and want to install it, click here". This warning message prompted when I'm using Internet Explorer. This warning message keeps on popping-up even I'm done installing it. The last resort of action was to go TOOLS > ADVANCED and click "Reset". Take note, I'm using Internet Explorer here.
To make it as a trusted site since I'm using a dotted number instead of a domain name is to go to SECURITY > TRUSTED SITES > click "Sites" button and add the URL as one of the trusted sites. Same, I'm using Internet Explorer here.
