Hi.

I found a call with no audio and all I got from logs is:

"2017-05-15 09:30:42,002 [queue.name.tsapiconf-14] INFO com.swhh.csta.d.k - Delaying single-step as call not truly recordable but can snapshot station 98869"

Anybody knows what this means?

The recording is more than two minutes long, it was sucsessfully inserted into database and .wav file is present but it's too short (00:00 seconds)

So this seems to be a bug in the ACRS , there are a couple of examples on Avaya support but admittedly hey reference v11 recorders , but im fairly sure r12 is the same as v11 but just badged as Avaya rather than verint , what patch level / hf do you have applied?

Not that they mean a thing anymore , get a brain dump pass the test crash the system.

I can see this is the version:
cscm-12.0-1

Looks like there's no installed patches.
 
Get the latest HF/Patches instaled and you will find the issue will dissapear , it bacically moaning about dual call legs
